1) I Accidentally Overpaid for the SpookMaster Subscription

In the past, we have had customers submit incorrect payments for the SpookMaster patterns. This is rare but it has happened. Please note that every overpayment will be refunded as promptly as possible. SpookMaster reviews billings every one or two days so we usually find overpayments and refund them before our customers even notice.

If you have paid us too much money, please email us . If you have submitted a valid inquiry regarding an overpayment and SpookMaster is able to determine that an overpayment occurred, we guarantee that overpayment credits will be issued as soon as possible but definitely no later than two weeks after a valid refund request is submitted. We must be sure that the transaction was processed properly prior to issuing credits.

If you are a Visa, MasterCard, or Bankcard customer (through VeriSign), an overpayment credit will be issued by TruckBucks LLC (or SpookMaster) as a separate transaction that will show up either on your current credit card statement or on a future credit card statement. Please note that all of your original charges will also show up on your credit card statement since we cannot simply cancel a payment.

If you are a PayPal customer, you will be sent funds equal to the amount of overpayment. Please review your PayPal account and look for a payment from TruckBucks LLC. Please note that all of your original charges will also show up on your statement since we cannot simply cancel a payment.

If you have not received a credit to which you think you are entitled, please check your credit card or PayPal statement to make sure that you have overpaid. 3) What is SpookMaster's Refund Policy

SpookMaster will refund your entire purchase price if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you purchased a subscription and were unable to access the subscriber site for technical reasons, we ask that you do the following before requesting a refund:

  1. Attempt to access the subscriber site in the normal way
  2. If you are unable to access the subscriber site in the normal way, please attempt to follow the troubleshooting advice under I Am A Subscriber And Have Trouble Accessing The Subscriber Site
  3. Make sure that your original transaction resulted in a payment to SpookMaster. Please note that it is possible to make a mistake in the shopping cart or credit card data entry sheet and not be billed, so the only way to make sure of what you paid SpookMaster is to review your credit card or debit card statement.
  4. Once you have followed the troubleshooting tips and still cannot access the subscriber site, please see our special Subscriber Help page and we will provide help immediately.

If you have submitted a valid inquiry regarding a refund and SpookMaster is able to determine that a refund is due, we guarantee that refunds will be issued as soon as possible. Valid refunds are usually issued within one day and we guarantee that a valid refund request will be processed no later than two weeks after its receipt. We must be sure that your original transaction was processed properly prior to issuing credits.
